Frankly speaking, Canada doesn't care about these Muslim traditions promoted by Muslim authorities in Canada. Canada IS the Authority and will enforce it's Rule Of Law by prosecuting and punishing any murderer regardless of race, color, creed or foreign traditions, period! I hope that man who murdered his daughter rots in jail.
